Your satisfaction is our top priority, without you we wouldn’t be here. We sell only high quality products; but we understand a product may not meet your expectations. Our promise is simple, We offer a 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee on any product, EXCLUDING SEX DOLLS (Please see Sex Doll section below for details).

Depending on the issue, resolution may include:
- Unopened items, still in manufacturer packaging may be eligible for refund.
- Defective items will be replaced with the same product (Some manufacturer warranties extend beyond our 30 day return policy. Please contact us or the manufacturer).
- Opened items that do not meet your expectation will be eligible for replacement or store credit equal to purchase price, not including shipping cost.
- We will email when your product has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if the refund has been approved or rejected.
- Your original payment method will be credited, unless you opt for store credit to replace the item.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to show. If your refund is missing beyond that time please email us at: [email protected]

We GUARANTEE that you will receive the product you ordered, with the options you selected, free of major manufacturer defects or blemishes. If not, we will work together to make it right. Unfortunately, due to the customized nature of these products, we are NOT able to accept returns or exchanges.
